Is online counseling right for you?
Many people go through a difficult time in their lives, when it may be hard to find the right person to talk to. This is magnified if you are isolated from counseling services by distance, illness, disability or language barriers, if your work or responsibilities make it hard to arrange appointments, or if you simply feel more comfortable communicating online rather than face-to-face. Online counseling is as close as your computer.

What sort of issues can you contact me about?
Online counseling is suitable for many different issues, including:
Anxiety & panic
Low Self-esteem & confidence
Fears & phobias
Problems making changes and dealing with new challenges, including relocation and cultural issues
Problems making decisions

Obsessive thoughts & behaviours
I only work online with clients aged 18 and over. If you are under 18 and want to talk to someone online, try Mindfull . Online counseling is not suitable for emergencies. If an emergency or crisis happens during our work together, I will help you to find a more appropriate form of support.
How does it work?
If you think online counseling might be right for you, please complete the Contact Form and briefly outline (50-100 words) why you are seeking counseling. I will respond to your contact form within 48 hours.
I ask all potential clients to complete an online Assessment and Agreement Form. This helps me to assess if online counseling is the best way of approaching your issues and achieving your goals. If not, I will advise you about a range of options. It does not mean you are not right for online counseling – it means that I don’t think that online counseling is the best form of support for you.
We’ll decide together when, how often and how we will have contact with each other – email, instant messaging or virtual meeting with webcam. Each way of communicating has its own advantages.
Your payment via Paypal is due 24 hours before our online appointment or email exchange. If If you cancel 48 hours or more before an appointment there is no charge. If you pay but the appointment doesn’t take place (due to technical problems), I will retain the payment and carry it forward to the next scheduled appointment.
